Pizza places in the United States run from a counter with two stools and a stack of boxes to a full sit-down pizzeria with a bar, and most neighborhood shops do all three things at once: dine-in, takeout and delivery. Ordering by phone is still common and often faster than an app, and many independents charge less when you call direct because there is no platform fee. Sizes are usually listed in inches (a small around 10", a large 14", an extra-large 16" or more), and a large feeds two to three adults. Slices are sold from a display case at New York-style counters and reheated to order; whole pies take 15-25 minutes at a busy shop. Most spots take cards and mobile pay, though a few older pizzerias remain cash-only, so check the door or the listing before you order.
Hours are published for 7 days a week. On most of those days it is open 7β10 am. Hours in the United States do change around federal holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. You can reach Pescatore at (415) 561-1111; calling is usually the quickest way to ask about availability, prices or directions. Its website is hotelzoesf.com, where you may find menus, price lists or booking options.
Its Google rating is 4.1 out of 5 from 724 reviews, a solid but mixed picture; reading the most recent reviews will tell you what to expect.
San Francisco is in California, on the West Coast, where the climate ranges from foggy coast to hot inland valleys, wildfire season can affect air quality in late summer, and traffic is the main thing to plan around. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and San Francisco follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

Being by myself on my work trip, I sat at the bar to make room for other patrons. I was well taken care of even though the bartender was working alone. They were attentive and polite, sharing recommendations as well. The salmon and whipped potatoes with vegetables was just the right amount of food and cooked to perfection. I definitely recommend for anyone looking for a wonderful meal in the Wharf area.

Great service and the food was delicious. One of the chefs let me add spice to my pasta and it was the perfect touch. The waiter was very kind, tentative and quick. I came at 5:30 which was the perfect time for a quiet early dinner. I would recommend this place, especially if you are very hungry and want your food to get to you quickly.

My husband and I met our childhood friend here because she was staying at Hotel Zoe and this restaurant was on the same building. We ordered fish and chips, margherita pizza, fried calamari, panna cotta, and cocktails. The food is ok, nothing to rave about. That being said, itβs pricey given the average taste of the food. You can get better tasting pizza and fresher seafoods in other nearby restaurants. Service and ambiance is great.

We ate breakfast there because we were staying at the hotel. Both of us got eggs Benedict. One had smoked salmon and the other a crab cake. Both were okay, but we both wouldnβt get that again for the price tag. After having fresh crab and other seafood in the area we just felt like it didnβt quite live up to other dishes. Service was wonderful though and it was fun to see the chefβs cooking and the pizza ovens.
